Consumer Chat: consumer lost messages during the Chat

Environment


Consumer Service Portal is installed on the instance and Service Portal redirect setup on the instance 

Cause


 Either provision the user with the needed role that is required on the service portal redirect, or add the new role in the redirect script include file 

Resolution


Find the portal redirect script include by going to sys_properties.list from the application navigator
Search for: glide.entry.first.page.script
Get the script include file name from the value. If using out of box script include file, the value is: SPEntryPage().getFirstPageURL()

Go to the script include file System Definition -> Script Includes and search 'SPEntryPage

Find the role setup on getFirstPageURL section and verify the needed roles in this script include and either make sure user has these roles, or add the role that the script include is checking for, to the user
