A new UI Action was introduced in Kingston for rm_story table. If you had a custom Save UI Action or were inheriting one from a parent table, you will see duplicate UI Actions.

Resolution

---

Identify the 2 UI Actions in question, one should be for rm_story table.

Make sure that both UI Actions have the same Action Name or remove custom one if not needed.
