Overview

New plugins for CMDB introduced in London

Subject

Question about new record entry named "All" in business services (cmdb_ci_service) since upgrading to London.

Example

The "All" business services record is created out of the box in London.

Prior to London, the "Service Modeling" plugin creates the "All" cmdb_ci_service record. With the upgrade to London the "Application Service" plugin is "Active" out of the box. Because of its dependency to "Service Modeling" plugin the "All" cmdb_ci_service record is created.

In the "All" record form the Dashboard UI action button displays. Click the "Dashboard" UI Action button, the Dashboard displays widgets reporting cmdb related metrics such as scores for Compliance, Completeness, Correctness, Relationship, and it also displays tabs for Change, Incident, Task, and Business Services.
