Description

When submitting a record via form in Service Portal, if the insert UI Action contains current.isNewRecord() as part of its condition, the insert fails and the response is empty.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new UI Action on Incident with the following parameters:

Name: Anything
Action Name: sysverb_insert
Show Insert: true
Condition: current.isNewRecord();
Script: current.insert();
Form Button: true

2. Go to your Instance.service-now.com/sp?id=form&t=incident&sys_id=-1
3. Create a new record using the new UI Action

Expected Result - Record should be inserted

Actual Result - No record is inserted

Workaround

Use "Show insert" field on UI Action instead of using current.isNewRecord() in the condition.
