When submitting a record via form in Service Portal, if the insert UI Action contains current.isNewRecord() as part of its condition, the insert fails and the response is empty.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new UI Action on Incident with the following parameters:
Action Name: sysverb_insert
Show Insert: true
Form Button: true
3. Go to yourInstance.service-now.com/sp?id=form&t=incident&sys_id=-1
4. Create a new record using the new UI Action
Expected - Record should be inserted
Actual - No record is inserted
Use "Show insert" field on UI Action instead of using current.isNewRecord() in the condition.
