Cause


The version of UI Page "kb_view" in the instance does not match the current OOB (Out of Box) version for Kingston.

Resolution


The kb_view UI page in the affected instance is different from the OOB one, the Last updated date of the records is different.

Resolving the behavior is as simple as importing a working version of the kb_view UI page from another (OOB) instance.
