When adding a note in a time card containing the ampersand character "&", this is displayed as "&" instead.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Activate the 'Time card management' plugin.
2. Navigate to the Worker Portal /tcp .
3. Click on 'Other' on the left menu.
4. Hover over the 'Admin' card and click on 'Quick Add'.
5. Fill in the necessary fields and input an "&" character in the 'Add a note' section.
6. Click on 'Add Time', a new Week entry should appear.
7. Hover over the row and click on the Notes icon. Observe the "&" character is displayed as "&".
This problem is targeted to be fixed in an upcoming release. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
