Image is rotated in Service Portal's User Profile when uploading pictures on a desktop sent to an email via a mobile device (iPhone 6s).
Steps to Reproduce
1 - Take a photo with a mobile device as portrait orientation.
2 - Email the image to an instance user.
3 - Enable the Service Portal for Enterprise Service Management [com.glide.service-portal.esm] plugin on the instance.
4 - Impersonate the user and open the user profile.
5 - Upload the portrait profile picture unmodified.
Notice that the image will rotate 90 degrees to the side when loaded.
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
The profile picture shows correctly on the HR Service Portal desktop in the upper right hand side small circle image.
