Cause


This is caused if the user has the "sn_cmp.cloud_service_user" role. Write ACL on sc_task table restricts access if user has this role.

Resolution


In most scenarios, users that contain this role also have ITIL, and should be allowed to edit sc_task records. You can edit the ACL script so that it excludes users that have ITIL role.

 

Replace line 4 with "else if (gs.hasRole("sn_cmp.cloud_service_user") && !gs.hasRole("itil"))"
