To update or delete these results, you will need to get to the record view of the assessment instance. Please follow these steps to open the survey in record view:
Navigate to Survey > Survey Instances > ALL. From there, search for AINST0025544 in the number field. Clicking the blue information icon should open the instance in record view.
To delete the responses, in the 'Assessment Instance Questions' related list, check the boxes next to all questions that you would like to delete. Then, you can select the Delete option below the check boxes. To update these responses, you can click into each response record and update the 'Value' field to the desired number.
