- The user is unexpectedly seeing a new Related Link called "Show SLA Timeline" on the incident form post-Kingston upgrade.

The SLA Timeline functionality has been available since the Jakarta family release.
The Related Link "Show SLA Timeline" is only a UI Action - so the user may hide it at their discretion. To do this, the user should:
- Right-click the header of the incident form and select Configure > UI Actions
- In the "Name" column, search "Show SLA Timeline". Click into the record.
- Once in the record, uncheck "Form link" and save the record. This will effectively "hide" the UI Action.
