Overview


 
One reason why KB articles with restricted access does not work as expected, could be related to configuration of user criteria  set on KB knowledge base.

Note: 
Knowledge base user criteria restrictions override article-level user criteria. For example, a knowledge base that is configured to restrict user access overrides any access granted at the article level.
