Business rule triggering emails for low survey scores 

Cause


Custom business rule is checking for low numbers (less than 5), but good feedback has a value of 1.

Resolution


The behavior seen is due to the numbers being checked by custom business rule

However, the assessment metrics implemented here work the opposite direction. A good survey score is set to 1, where a poor survey score is set to 5. This can be seen on the assessment metric records.
