Cannot select customer service tables in survey trigger conditions.

 Cause


Missing attribute 'Allow public' in dictionary.

Resolution


The attribute 'Allow public' can be added to the field to allow scoped records to be searched from the Global scope. This will need to be added by customer support as there is an abort business rule checking for 'maint' role.
