While using the internationalization plugin the virtual agent does not translates based on user language , Example If the user has german as his language and he wants to use the virtual agent , the plugin does not take care of a lot of messages available to the users.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Activate the german translation plugin in london instance.
2. Choose the user (ITIL or system administrator ) session language as german.
3. Go to https://yourinstance.service-now.com/csm with the user and start a chat with virtual agent.
4. See in the screenshot the basic information available to the user from the system is still in english.
