Description


How to revert to an OOB "KB Article Page" widget in Service Portal

Procedure


1. Navigate to the widgets list under Service Portal
2. Click "KB Article Page" widget:
<Your instance>/nav_to.do?uri=sp_widget.do?sys_id=c6545050ff223100ba13ffffffffffe8
3. Click "Clone"button to clone the widget
4. Navigate to Service Portal page designer:
<Your instance>/$spd.do#/sp/editor/kb_article/7ba0cb30d7000200a9ad1e173e24d4f9
5. Delete the "KB Article Page" widget from the page
6. Go back to the widgets list under Service Portal
7. Right click the context menu (next to Name) -> Import XML and import the OOB "KB Article Page" widget
8. Go back to Service Portal page designer:
<Your instance>/$spd.do#/sp/editor/kb_article/7ba0cb30d7000200a9ad1e173e24d4f9
9. Drag and drop the OOB "KB Article Page" widget to the page
