Symptoms


Change Request form does not work after upgrading from Express to Enterprise.  Symptoms includes form elements not responding to user input and right-click context menu does not open

Cause


"Change Management - Collision Detector" plugin is not activated and missing "Conflict Checker Progress" formatter and "Conflict Detected" relationship record

 

Resolution


To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Activate the "Change Management - Collision Detector" plugin
  2. Import the 2 out of the box "Conflict Checker Progress" formatter and "Conflict Detected" relationship records attached in this article
