Property glide.ui.goto_use_contains set to true causes doing a number search using starts with/ends with but not contains

With the system property glide.ui.goto_use_contains set to true, performing a number search will use starts with/ends with, but not contains.

1) Access sys_properties as administrator.
3) Create the system property:
glide.ui.goto_use_contains
Value: true
4) Save.
5) Open an incident list.
6) Change Go To search to Number and type INC. See the returned result is NUMBER Contains INC.



7) Perform the Go To search for Number and type 000. See the returned result is NUMBER ends with 000, with no 'contains' search.
