Adding a "table name" field type to a form causes a loadRow failure: java.lang.NullPointerException.


Steps to Reproduce

1) Log in a London instance as administrator.

2) Create a field of type "table name" for Incident.

3) Load the Incident form with that field either visible or hidden, but added to the form.

4) Observe the null pointer exception traced in the localhost log or syslog.
