When embed a local .mov file to a KB article using "insert/update video" button, "This plugin is not supported" error will be displayed using Chrome/Firefox
When click on "insert/update video" button in the KB article, choose URL and put a URL, the video will be rendered as blank

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Access and affected instance as an admin user
  2. Go to any KB article and open it
  3. Right-click on "Text" > Configure Dictionary > Go to "Attributes" tab > Create HTML Sanitize
  4. Set the value to false
  5. Click on "Insert/update video" button
  6. Select "URL" and enter:
  7. Save
  8. Click on View Article, it will be blank
  9. Click on "Insert/update video" button
  10. Select "Video library"
  11. Choose the file attached to this PRB
  12. Save
  13. Click on View Article, it will say: "This plugin is not supported"
