Description

Cannot save links within images or videos added to Knowledge Base articles.

Steps to Reproduce

In an affected instance:

  1. Create a new KB article
  2. Insert an image the Text field
  3. Select the image
  4. Click on the Insert/Edit Link button
  5. Enter URL, Text, and Target and click OK
    • For example:
    • URL: https:://www.google.com
    • Text: Google
    • Target: new window

Expected behavior: Once you click on the image, it should redirect to the provided web URL

Actual behavior: Once you click on the image, nothing happens
