Description

When opening up the agent workspace on a new instance it is opening up as a blank white page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Agent Workspace
  2. Take notice that it loads as a single blank white page with no console error

 

Important notes:

This blank page does not appear out of the box. In this specific case, the database may be corrupted (example: table(s) missing) for this issue to occur.

Workaround

No known workaround. Please contact ServiceNow Customer Support if you believe you have encountered this issue.
