[Cross Scope] Permission/Access Issues within HR Scoped
Restricted Caller Access (RCA) record status set to "Invalidated".
The suggestion is look at the source field on the RCA record. Generally, the RCA record points to the source (BR, SI, etc.).
Anytime a system fields field is updated on the source., the associated RCA records status moves to "Invalidated"
Unfortunately, Audit History is not created for RCA records. The transition of RCA record status to "Invalidated" is considered a system operation (which is done by an Async job). Which does not need to be audited. This is why fields like (sys_updated and sys_mod_count) are not updated when there is an update to the RCA record status.
