How to add default sorting for Data table widget in Service Portal
Procedure
1. Go to the Service Portal page where the Data Table widget is configured
2. Use Ctrl+Right click on the data table and chose the "Instance Options"
3. There is field "Order by" and "Order direction" available which can be set for sorting for the data table.
Note: In case if the "Order by" and "Order direction" is not available on the Instance Option form. Go to the application Navigator Service Portal-> Widgets -> search for "Data Table from Instance Definition". In the Fields, using list collector select the fields "Order by" and "Order direction" to the selected section.
