Symptoms


After upgrading an instance, filters in Lists using List v3 stop working. Adding any filter condition on a list and then hitting Run doesn't work. The same issue is not seen when using List v2.

Cause


The issue is being caused because of stale browser cache and is specific to List v3.

Resolution


Go to the browser settings and select the option to clear browsing data. Make sure you select all the options under Basic and also the Advanced tab(can skip the Media Licenses) and in the Time range, select All time and then click on clear data. Close out the browser and open it again, log in again into the instance and the issue should now be resolved.
