On the incidents form, the option "Close" is NOT available from the "State" drop-down menu.
Steps to Reproduce
We are seeing the issue for Express instances that were upgraded to Enterprise.
The Client Script: (BP) Hide Choice - Closed, has been set to active = true, from the latest upgrade.
The client Script (BP) Hide Choice - Closed, has to be deactivated for the Close option on the State drop-down menu to appear.
- Navigate to System Definition > Client Scripts
- Filter for Name= (BP) Hide Choice - Closed
- Open the Client Script
- Uncheck the Active field (Set Active=false)
