At times even after upgrading to Kingston, customer still do not see the three step process in a Order Guide and they just see one lengthy form on their Service Portal.
The main reason behind this is the use of the old widget (SC Order Guide Deprecated) on the Service Portal page (sc_cat_item_guide).
To use the new widget follow these steps:
1) Login to your instance
2) Open up the Page Instance by going to:
3) Scroll down to the 'Widget' field and notice that the current widget in use is the 'SC Order Guide Deprecated'.
4) Remove the current widget name and search for just 'SC Order Guide', select it and Save the Page.
