After enabling password enrolment, hovering over the questions and answers select box on the Password Reset Enrollment page ($, the tooltip is still in English if the instance language is not in English

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate any i18n language plugin, e.g. Japanese
  2. As an admin user, go to / and in the password reset process related list, remove all inactive processes and add default self service (which is active)
  3. Impersonate Joe Employee
  4. Go to Password Reset > Enroll
  5. Change the instance language to Japanese
  6. Hover over the questions and answers select box

    Expected behaviour: The tooltip should be translated to the language currently set on instance

    Actual behaviour: The tooltip is still in English
