Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a catalog item with couple of variable as specified below..
Variable1:[Type : Multiple Choice; Question : MulChoiceVariable; Type Specifications: Include None; Choice Direction : Across; Question Choices : Choice1, Choice2 & Choice3]
Variable2:[Type : LookUpMultipleChoice; Question : LkpMulChoiceVariable; Type Specifications: Include None; Choice Direction : Across; LookUpFrom Table: Catalog]
2. Launch the SP instance
3. Open the above created catalog Item and observe the result
Expected : Both the variables should render properly on the SP forms with the following specifications
Multiple Choice variable & Lookup Multiple Choice variables should be displaying the options across horizontally including None options as first option
Actual : Both the variables are displaying the options in vertical[down] direction eventhough they are defined with Choice direction as Across.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this problem, contact ServiceNow Customer Support.
