Description

Empty message bubble is displayed when "Top selection message" is cleared

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate Glide Virtual Agent (com.glide.cs.chatbot)
  2. Go to Collaboration > Virtual Agent > General Settings
  3. Clear "Top selection message" and Save
  4. If needed, configure service portal to include Virtual Agent

  5. Go to <instance-name>/sp
  6. Click on newly-added Chat button to open a new conversation

    Expected behavior: only Welcome message should be visible
    Actual behavior: Welcome message and an empty message bubble is visible [empty bubble.png]
