On Single Sign On (SSO), Sign AuthnRequest is needed to be set 'True' to attach the certificate into the Metadata
When the user clicks on "Generate Metadata", the certificate is not added in the xml generated.
You will recognize this problem because
- Sign AuthnRequest is set to False.
- Signing/Encryption Key Password might be incorrect
To resolve the problem, please do the following :
- Set Sign AuthnRequest to True
- Type the correct password once again on the Signing/Encryption Key Password field.
You might need to set the System property glide.authenticate.multisso.test.connection.mandatory = true to be able to save it without testing.
