If a user clicks on their name, and selects 'Profile', and are able to upload an image into the 'Photo' field, upon upload the user is redirected to an invalid URL with a "Page not found" message.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login as system administrator.
- In the top-right, click the user name to access the dropdown menu.
- Select Profile.
- Switch to the Default view, or add the Photo field to the ESS view.
- Upload an image into the photo field.
This problem was fixed in London. There is no workaround applicable. Please review the Fixed In section to determine the latest available patch your instance can be upgraded to.
