User's may notice that they can access task_add_affected_cis.do and give it parameters to generate a list, such as:

The task_add_affected_cis.do is a UI page that is hardcoded on the instance's backend and cannot be accessed from the UI nor modified.

Typically, the task_add_affected_cis.do URL is called upon by the script include "AssociateCIToTask" and purpose of the task_add_affected_cis.do is to help the functionality of the "Add" and "Add All" UI action buttons that can be found on the "Affected CI" related list which is usually available to form views for records such as incidents or change requests.
