When creating a HR Case, work notes entered during the creation of the case does not show in the activity stream.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) HOP to an OOB Instance and Impersonate Ramon Amaral
2) Navigate to HR Case Management ==> Create New Case
3) Select 'HR Accounts Inquiry' as the HR Service.
4) Add some text in the 'Work Notes' field
5) Save the record
Notice: The work notes that you entered during the creation of the HR case does not show in the 'Comments and Work notes' tab.
This is documented as Problem (PRB653064) but it won't be fixed.
The available workaround is setting the system property 'glide.sys.audit_inserts' to 'true':
