Starting in Kingston the Financial Management plugin is not activated by default with Project Portfolio Suite with Financials plugin. Our development team was able to provide the following information on this:
Yes, from kingston PPM suites would install minimal Financial Management which is good to take care of PPM financials and budgeting.
No need install financial Management for PPM needs, until you want to use Financial Modelling and Financial Charging.
