When right clicking on the form header or even clicking on the hamburger icon, there are options in the context menu that are not appearing.

This is caused by the OOB UI Macro "context_form_header" not being activated.

Resolution

---

1. Navigate to System UI > UI Macros
2. Search for "context_form_header" in the 'Name' column and open the record
   
   Or use the following URL:

3. Ensure that record is set to active
