Description

When a CSM customer contract tries to create a case from the CSM portal , it throws an error

Steps to Reproduce

  • Activate Customer service plugin
  • Activate Customer service portal plugin
  • Impersonate as customer contact
  • Navigate to CSM portal i.e. /CSM
  • Create a case
    • This action throws an error ("You are not authorized...")

Workaround

  •  Query the table "sc_cat_item_user_criteria_no_mtom" for the Record producer (e.g. "Create Case")
  •  If there is a record and the "Not Available for" field is also populated, delete this record.
