Add global search capability within a Homepage

Procedure

To add a search capability on a dashboard we follow the below steps:

1. Click "Add content" on the homepage
2. Select "Content blocks"
3. Then Select "Search Results (Global)" and hit "Add" button at the bottom of the pop-up

Note: Before you use the Search Results (Global) dynamic block, define content types to control the behavior a search result is clicked. If no content type is defined for a table, selecting a link on that table renders the results according to the DEFAULT content type.

You will now see that you have a global search content block added to the desired homepage
