When pressing the "Submit" button in a Record Producer, no action is taken (unable to submit).

The behavior was determined to be a direct result of a custom implementation to check for an attachment on the Record Producer.
The user had custom Catalog Client Script "Check Attachment", which is why they could not submit when an attachment was present on the Record Producer.
Deactivating the custom Catalog Client Script allows all users to submit the Record Producer without issue. The OOB "Submit" behavior is working as expected.
Please direct the user to speak with their development team to resolve the issue they are facing with their custom implementation.
