The Mobile homepage is occasionally loading empty with no applications showing.
Steps to Reproduce
1 - Navigate to /$m.do on a mobile browser.
2 - Add the icon to the home screen as described in the article below:
3 - Login the instance multiple times and you might encounter the issue. The attached recording shows the issue seen at the 5th attempt.
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
The workaround is to use the mobile device app rather than the regular browser simulating mobile.
