Description

When trying to configure a URL to open when a user clicks a report, the redirect link converts '&' in '&amp'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new report or edit an existing report.

2. After creating the whole report, click on the report hierarchy button.

3. Using the redirect URL feature set the URL to "report_home.do?blah=this&bloop=that"

4. Save the report.

5. Click on an element on the report. The URL does not redirect to the destined page /report_home.do?blah=this&bloop=that.

Workaround
