Starting with Kingston Patch 6 Hotfix 3, catalog UI policies don't hide container titles. This problem is carried over into Kingston Patch 8.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy a Kingston Patch 8 instance.
2. Import the 3 attached XML records in this order. These files will give you some test variables, including containers, and a catalog ui policy and catalog ui policy actions applicable to the Apple iPad 3 catalog item:
a. item_option_new (cat_item=060f3afa3731300054b6a3549dbe5d3e).xml
b. catalog_ui_policy_61dfc2adf00023004e82b2c9281ff64b.xml
c. catalog_ui_policy_action (ui_policy=61dfc2adf00023004e82b2c9281ff64b).xml
3. Go to the Service Portal > Order Something.
4. Search for Apple iPad 3.

Expected behavior: The container title "Details of Test 1" shouldn't be displayed because the checkbox Test 1 Checkbox is not checked.

Actual behavior: The container title "Details of Test 1" is visible even though the checkbox Test 1 Checkbox is not checked. (see attached screen shot)

This problem doesn't occur in KP7 or KP6. It was apparently introduced with the fixes for KP6HF3, which are included also in KP8.
