User unable to attach the attachment of Incident to email.
Steps to Reproduce
Replicated the issue in OOB Kingston Patch 7
Navigate to Incident table (incident_list)
Open existing Incident
If no attachments, attach some dummy images.
Click on three dots 'More Options' and select 'Email'
On the new pop window - email_client.do
In the HTML box, click on icon for 'Insert/edit image'
Select 'Type' as 'Attachment
Set the sys_property "glide.ui.email_client.attach_to_email_record_until_sent" to false to retain the behavior of allowing user to select attachments from opened incident (or target table) while trying to add attachments via Tiny MCE UI in Email client.
