KB Summary by Now Assist

Description

When the system property "glide.ui.show_live_feed_activity" is enabled, the Live Feed tab is displayed in the Activity Formatter. If a user opens an incident form and clicks on an attached image in the activities, the frame will freeze.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as adminstrator.
2. Type "sys_properties.list" and search for "glide.ui.show_live_feed_activity" in Name.
3. Open the record and change the property value from false to true.
4. Update.
5. Open an incident with an image attached.
6. Open the image in the Activity and observe the form freezes unresponsive.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
The workaround is to click on other menu applications in the left navigator.
