Catalog Client Scripts are not running in Mobile App/Browser. The known affected environments are Android App, Mobile Browser($m.do).
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login an early Jakarta instance as administrator.
2. Import the Catalog Client Script XML file attached.
3. In the Mobile UI ($m.d) navigate to Service Catalog > Standard Laptop
Notice the 'Additional software requirements' field remains empty instead of being populated with test text.
This issue is fixed in all currently supported versions as part of the related problem PRB1287069/KB0689536. Please review the Fixed In section to determine the latest available patch your instance can be upgraded to.
