Advanced Reference Qualifiers on a Reference variable not working when Checkbox is present in a wizard

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the instance  go to "System Definition" > "Application Menus"
2. Remove "Active= true" filter
3. Search for "*wizard" in Label field.
4. Then enable "System Wizard", set active=true
5. Type "Wizard" in "Filter Navigator".
6. Click on "Wizard" menu.
7. Check if there is any wizard in "Global" domain, if not then create one.
8. Go to Panels in "System Wizard" menu. 
9. Create a "New" panel, anem it "TestPanel".
10. Go to variables in "System Wizard" menu.
11. Create 2 variables of "Checkbox" type and "Reference" Type with "expert" as the wizard that you have created or going to use from existing list.
12. Go back to the "TestPanel" and add both the variables by clicking "Edit" in variable related list.
13. Go to the wizard, change / select default panel to "TestPanel".
14. Click "Try it".
15. On the wizard, click on "lookup" icon of the reference variable.
16. Notice that it shows a blank page.
17. Now go back to the "TestPanel" and remove the "checkbox" variable.
18. Go back tot he wizard and click on "Try it"
19. On the wizard, click on "lookup" icon of the reference variable.
20. Notice that this time page loads properly.
 
Expected behavior
1. To display list.
Actual behavior
2. A blank page.
