Description

When using an hyperlink with a combination on templates, the hyperlink is broken
Instead of ---s%C3%A5dan-g%C3%B8r-du.aspx
The hyperlink changes to that ---sådan-gør-du.aspx

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Kingston patch7
Go to System Definition > templates
Create a new template
Choose table = incident
In the template field Add work Notes
paste the following in the box besides Work Notes
https://xx.xx.xx/xx/adgangskode--nulstilling---s%C3%A5dan-g%C3%B8r-du.aspx
Save
Hyperlink has changed
https://xx.xx.xx/xx/adgangskode--nulstilling---sådan-gør-du.aspx
Actual behavior: The hyperlink changes and the hyperlink doesnt work
Expected behavior: The hyperlink is not changed and the link works

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of this problem, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
