Queue Count not updating in real time - Chatbot & Connect Support
Steps to Reproduce
1)As sys admin navigate to https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/sp
2)Start a support via Virtual Agent and perform a "Handoff"
3)As agent/itil navigate to https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/$c.do
ACTUAL: Notice the queue is not updated - Refreshing the page will update the queue.
EXPECTED: The queue should update in real time. A referesh should not be required.
No workaround is currently available for this problem.
Please upgrade to London or Kingston Patch 9 where this issue is fixed.
