Issue

How to install a new pattern from the ServiceNow Store.

Procedure

  1. Go to store.servicenow.com
  2. Enter "Discovery and Service" in the search bar
  3. Click on Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns by Service now
  4. Click on Request Install in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Enter your instance name and the reason for the request
  6. You will see your request in the request history
  7. Go to your instance ***.service-now.com
  8. Go to System Application, and click on Applications for the left side navigator
  9. Click on install for "Discovery and Service Mapping patterns." 
  10. Go to the Discovery Pattern table; you should see the new patterns there.
