Description

Livefeed notifications in iOS mobile app do not target the proper location to view the message when clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to a ServiceNow instance with Livefeed enabled on a PC.
2. Subscribe to a group in Livefeed.
3. Log into the same ServiceNow instance using the iOS app and ensure preferences are set to allow notifications.
4. Add a message in the Livefeed.
5. View the notification on the iOS/Android device.
6. Click the notification.
7. Observe the link target is a blank Connect page rather than the LiveFeed message.

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this problem, contact ServiceNow Customer Support.
