After switching to an application, all the global update sets are showing in the Update Set Picker

KB Summary by Now Assist

Issue

Symptoms

When switching to an application using the Application Picker, all of the global update sets, including the global Default update set, are appearing in the list in the Update Set Picker instead of update sets from that app.

Release

All Supported Releases

Cause

When switching to a scoped application, you will only be able to choose update sets from that particular scope. However, not all applications are scoped applications. Applications can also exist in the global scope. In fact, prior to Fuji, all applications were in the global scope. This means the global update sets will be shared by all global applications, and the updates are allowed to be commingled between them.

Resolution

This is the expected platform behavior.
